Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cucumber finely grated
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dill
Directions
- Place the cucumber on a towel and gently squeeze out the excess water.
- In a bowl, combine everything. Chill until ready to use.
