Tomato and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of sugar

Directions

  1. Crack the eggs and put them in a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Peel and slice the tomatoes.
  4. Put olive oil in a frying pan until heated on medium high.
  5. Add eggs to the frying pan.
  6. When eggs are cooked (scrambled) take them out and put them in a separate bowl.
  7. Add more olive oil to the pan and wait until heated.
  8. Put the tomatoes in the pan.
  9. Add some salt, pepper, and sugar to taste.
  10. When tomatoes are about 80% done (soft and juicy), add the scrambled eggs.
  11. Stir fry until ready.
  12. Enjoy!
