Tomato and Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of sugar
Directions
- Crack the eggs and put them in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs.
- Peel and slice the tomatoes.
- Put olive oil in a frying pan until heated on medium high.
- Add eggs to the frying pan.
- When eggs are cooked (scrambled) take them out and put them in a separate bowl.
- Add more olive oil to the pan and wait until heated.
- Put the tomatoes in the pan.
- Add some salt, pepper, and sugar to taste.
- When tomatoes are about 80% done (soft and juicy), add the scrambled eggs.
- Stir fry until ready.
