Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef/chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix.
  2. In a stir fry, once cooked, add in the sauce and allow it to bubble to activate the thickener.
  3. Remove from heat and serve.

Notes

  • Keeps for one week in an airtight container.
