Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated white onion
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp poppyseeds
Directions
- Add all the ingredients except the poppy seeds to a medium jar.
- Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth.
- Stir in the poppyseeds then serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
