Ingredients
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- 3 (250 ml) cans beef broth
- 1 cup dry white wine or 1 cup water
- 2 cup water
- 1 package onion soup mix
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
