Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Pound chicken to thin it.
- Drizzle oil on chicken and then rub in the seasoning.
- Place on baking sheet then bake in oven for 18 minutes.
- Wait 3 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley.
