Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- ketchup to taste
Directions
- Rinse and chop up the cauliflower.
- Heat up the pan to medium high heat.
- Add olive oil to the pan.
- Add pepper to the pan.
- Add cauliflower to the pan.
- Add salt to the pan.
- Add water, enough to make the cauliflower move.
- Add ketchup to the cauliflower to taste.
- Add cover to the pan and put it on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Stir constantly so that nothing sticks to the pan.
- Done when the cauliflower is soft.
