Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Add vinegar, lemon juice, honey, onion, and garlic to a glass jar and whisk.
- Whisking continuously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well combined.
- Once fully emulsified, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- Store leftover dressing in a sealed container in a refrigerator for up to two weeks.
